Lower Burrell, PA

I brought my 2015 Golf TDI SEL in to have the peeling Start Engine button replaced. During the process, the technician broke the trim piece that surrounds the button. While the dealership was honest and up front about the issue, it is still an inconvenience for me to get back to the dealership to have my trim piece replaced. I appreciate their honesty and swift action to order a new part. I wish they would have been more careful in replacing my ignition button.

Business Response
Jesse, Thank you for understanding that it was an honest mistake and allowing us to make the correction. We totally understand that it is an inconvenience. Please let us know how you feel once the situation is resolved.
