Robert, Thanks for the call the biggest negativeand if you have a comp to offer we would really appreciate that!send/ call to address and phone on record my phone 610-573-8362 brought 2 vehicles my husband and I came together 2016 Jetta sedan and golf sportwagen we both arrived in time for our 9 am appointment the "tech" in charge of the Jetta inspection "went on a shuttle ride and forgot to inspect the Jetta". the wagon was complete 9- 1030 this was what we expected when we asked about the Jetta the above quote from the service intake person is what we were told. the Jetta was not completed until 11:30 I did receive and email with my invoice please add this email to both cars so we can stay up to date with your service offers , too. this email so most disappointing was the complete disregard for the service time originally given/ and to be totally forgotten is not give us a feeling of confidence, Regards, Arlene and David Scott
