Cabin Materials

The new Volkswagen Taos has an ergonomically arranged cockpit, with buttons and knobs that are easy to reach. However, there many hard plastics in the cabin that bring down its overall ambiance. Synthetic leather upholstery comes standard in the Taos, but genuine leather is available.

Infotainment Systems

All new Volkswagen Taos models come with a turbocharged 158-horsepower four-cylinder engine that has ample oomph for ordinary driving.
The new VW Tiguan comes standard with a turbocharged 184-horsepower four-cylinder motor, but since it's a bigger SUV, it doesn't accelerate much faster than the Taos.
Fuel Economy
