There were two issues with the day's appointment: First, driving up, the cones and signs they put up regarding where to take your car for service was confusing. Second, I booked online after reviewing the prices. When I came into the service area, I was quoted a higher price. Initially when I showed the service agent the lower price on the website, they said, "Oh, the website must be slightly out of date." And that was it. Another service agent had to intervene and say that the dealership would match the lower price online.
