Brought my new VW in for service, which I was told would be one hour. Was there more than 2.5 hours. Also had a fault that needed checked. Turned out it is a bad module covered under warrenty. Said it a long job. Ciocca would not provide a loaner vehicle. Scheduled warrenty work with another vw dealer. I purchased 2 new cars from Ciocca. I won't be back.

My car lease time was up and had to have the vehicle inspected to purchase it. The service department was able to fit me in because I didn’t have an appointment and gave me a reasonable time line of when it would be completed. I was also informed by text when completed. The service department check in staff were so very nice.
