    Customer service was excellent for a 2 day car repair…Our advisor Alley was awesome..made the appt scheduled a loaner and had all ready on drop off day and kept us advised on progress and the return process was just as smooth! Big shout out to her!

    The technicians do not send the customer adequate videos of their car during service. The video that was sent to me was him just standing there saying he recommended spark plugs on my car. Even though I looked it up in my VW manual/recommended repairs and spark plugs are not due for my vehicle at the mileage he stated. Didn’t even show me them in the video, he did not take the time to video under my car to show me that everything else was fine, he did not video my tires letting me know what the tire reading is (pressure and the tread), and he did not let me know what the brakes are at. Don’t send customer videos during their service that are just of the technician standing there saying that I need something without even showing me it in the video. Provide more in the videos to give customers a piece of mind that their car was actually looked over and checked for safety. I was sent the video during the visit but I was a waiter, and I did not watch the video in the waiting room since in the text it said the advisor would discuss with me and it was quite loud in there. The service advisor never came out to explain the recommended spark plugs replacement needed rather I first saw it on my receipt/recommended maintenance printout that it said I declined the service. How can I decline something if I did not know about it. I should be given a multi-point inspection printout of the specs (what my brakes are at, tire tread, tire pressure, etc.) of my car but I never receive one when I go here. When I got my vehicle back it was not clean. I keep my car very, very clean and it was very noticeably dirty on the driver side (steering wheel, leather seats, center console, floor) when I received it back. I drove my car directly home (10 minutes) and I did not drive it until Monday morning. I drove to run an errand and during that drive my tire pressure light came on as a warning. I never had my tire pressure light come on in my car. I drive to NJ two days during the week and if this happened during my trip down the turnpike that would have been bad. One tire in the rear was reading low, and I wonder why that is. Were my tires even looked at on Friday?

    Every step of the experience was great. Easy booking for a next day service, great customer service once I was there. Took advantage of the generous shuttle policy both ways which was a huge convenience. Overall excellent. If Ciocca had dealerships in my area (Fairfax VA) I would always choose to do business there.
