My overall experience with Ciocca VW has been positive. What has always been an issue for me has been the cost of servicing my vehicle with you. With that in mind, it is most offensive when you recommend additional services that are not needed nor part of the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule or guidelines. That makes me question the integrity of the dealership service department and its leadership.
