I would have given 5 stars. But my only complaint was the inside of my car had a overwhelming odor of gas for about 6 days after i had the recall done. Driving him it was so overwhelming i had to drive with all the windows down and it was about 20 degrees that day. Maybe they could have sprayed some odor blocker after the service was done.

I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. After 1 hour an 20 min I noticed my car was still in the parking lot. When I inquired why my car was still not ready I was advised that there was no bay available. My tires were not rotated ( I was told it wasn't needed). Which I found odd since I always rotate them when I get an oil change. I suspect this was a time issue. Also don't think a full point inspection was done. Cudos to the service desk though, I was not charged. But also was not given any paperwork, so I cannot verify what was actually done.
