The overall experience was positive but the outcome of the service was not successful so I will be returning my car next week for followup service. I understand a leaking sunroof on my 2019 Alltrack SEL has to be addressed incrementally i.e. clean the drains, re-check and update the drain system which has a history of problems - fortunately this will be under warranty. If the result of the next visit is successful, my rating will go to 5 star. The dealership was courteous and professional and the mechanic-narrated video discussion of the sevice via text was very innovative and much apreciated.

I chose 5 stars,would have been 10 if that was allowed, as the service from setting up the appointment to picking up my vehicle was top notch. Monica is the best, she is easy to talk to, willing to listen to any concerns, though I had none during this visit. My tech was also very thorough. I really like the video of my vehicle post completion of work
