My interaction with personnel was very good, especially my salesperson. However, the car was prepped using a powered buffer on the painted surfaces and some trim pieces which produced an unacceptable appearance of severe swirl marks in those surfaces. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND USES A BUFFER ON BRAND NEW PAINT AND WHY WASN'T THIS MONITORED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT IN PRACTICE BY THE DETAIL/PREP DEPARTMENT?!?!?!?!!!! Additionally, management did NOT follow up with my complaint regarding the swirl marks.
