My dealings with this dealership lying about the state of tires in a pre sale inspection and then 5 months later we having my tires listed as dangerous has left me speechless. Volkswagen's reluctance to do anything regarding their failures on this matter have left me with no choice but to take to Facebook Yelp and Google reviews. Implant to have all my family abstain for this dealership. That being said, Kayla at the front desk was wonderful and none of this should be attributed to her. Once again, my faith in dealerships customer satisfaction has been brought right back down. Great job!!
