I was disappointed that the car was not washed after service and the oil change price is a bit on the high side. Staff at the service desk was friendly, efficient and helpful. I felt that the wait time for the oil change took the appropriate amount if time to complete.

You gave me an estimate for $4500 and stated my car would not pass inspection. I declined that offer, and two days later passed inspection with zero issues. I don’t trust you at all and will never be back.

Deceitful business practices. Car needed a repair and said it would be a 4 hour job. I authorized the work. Was called after 2.5 hours (which included their 1 hour lunch break) saying the car was done. I was shocked when I was charged $819 in labor for a 1.5 hour job. I questioned it to the service manager and he said “we charge what VW tells us to charge and for this job it is 4 hours”. I expressed how I didn’t think that was fair and was told that I had a “skilled tech who was able to get the job done much quicker”. I just think it was wrong to not tell me that I was going to be billed 4 hours regardless before signing off the work. This was an enormous financial burden that I would not have undertaken knowing the work would’ve been completed in under half the time, with that dealership profiting off of an arbitrary time assigned to the work.
