If I could give more than five stars, I would! My recent experience at Ciocca Volkswagen of Allentown was nothing short of fantastic thanks to the dream team of Eli, Jimmy, and Peter. First off, Eli was absolutely amazing to work with. He’s personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the 2025 Tiguan SEL R-Line. He made the entire process feel less like “buying a car” and more like catching up with an old friend who just happens to know every button, feature, and trim package by heart. Jimmy, the sales manager, kept the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He has this effortless way of making everything feel easy — the kind of person you want around when you’re making a big decision. And let’s not forget Peter, the finance manager. Usually, signing paperwork is the least exciting part of buying a car (about as thrilling as waiting at the DMV). But Peter somehow made it… enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, kept things lighthearted, and before I knew it, I was laughing while signing finance documents — something I never thought I’d say in my life. All in all, this team turned what is typically a stressful, drawn-out process into an easy, enjoyable, and even fun experience. The repair time for my car has been extended. It wasn't repaired on time. And in addition, they didn't provide me with a vehicle to meet my temporary driving needs. They're giving me Uber.
