I have had my brand new 2025 Atlas cross sport in for service five different times in three months for a check engine light. I will be bringing it back on Monday for the sixth time. The first few times I was told no issue was found. Another time a wiring relay was bypassed /patched. Last time it was a pump replaced. Each time, the light comes back on. I have spoken to the service manager twice. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement.

My car was brought in for an oil change. I was told there was a "bad leak" in the oil pan gasket, and the repairs would cost over $1,000.00. I left, took my car to another car repair business, which informed me that they do not feel that the issue is with the oil pan gasket. I have been misled and taken advantage of, as this car is not very old AND has had multiple problems since I purchased it. The individuals at Ciocca appear to be indifferent.

I was impressed when I arrived at the service center Monica was out gathering info on vehicles on the lot that were in for service that day Kayla (another advisor) who wasn’t assigned to me called me over and got me signed in so I wouldn’t have to stand there and wait.

This is my second attempt at the survey, it looks like the first one didn’t go through. I brought my car in to have the oil sensor light repaired. The service team called me for clarification and to make the recommendation that a full diagnostic be done on the car to make sure they determine the cause of the problem. The diagnostic fee was $200. I approved having the diagnostic done. I was told the solution was to have the Oil pressure sensor replaced. I proved that as well. The full service cost over $350. I took the car home that day, then drove it to work the next morning. That morning, I was on a call with someone from the Volkeswagon service team because I was trying to figure out how to fix my automatic window function on the front windows of my car. When I started my car to go through the steps, the oil sensor light popped up on my Dashboard again. I now have another appointment scheduled for next week. After that call, I texted the service advisor that I’ve been working with for the oil sensor the day before. Their response was…… Oh my gosh I am sorry about that. My immediate response was to let them know that my expectation is I would not have to pay for a full diagnostic when I bring the car back. I have not heard from anyone at Volkeswagon since then. Volkswagen dealer service center work comes at a high price. Expected to work to be done correctly.
