    It would have been 5 stars however the oil cap was on incorrectly making my wife have to return and wait for the mechanic to find out why the fix engine lite was on. It really messed up her work day otherwise a 5 star review would be the one chosen. Everything was great until she started driving away and the check engine light came on

    I was very disappointed in the service staff professionalism and the in accuracies. The Service Advisor Alley Bohal doesn't acknowledge her mistakes and try to brush it off by blaming the new system instead of looking into matters a little further and investigate but rather lie about it. Then put Mark Robbins Service Manager on who don't have a clue as to what's going on and it's the system once again and it would take too much of their time to check. There is much more to this, and I will be contacting the corporate office which she said she don't know the corporate office information. What kind of employees you have working for you who don't know their corporate office.
