Prior to my arrival, service manager and technician discussed the diagnostics that needed to be performed on my vehicle. We discussed their proposed course of action and were able to alter the original plan. They reached out to me via text with questions as they performed the diagnostics. The staff is always friendly, courteous and conscientious. I trust their judgement and would certainly recommend the Ciocca VW Service Department.
