Salesman, Eli Rodriguez is the BEST! Very professional and personable. He listened carefully to all my wants and needs in a vehicle and let me explore a few options. I originally walked into the dealership interested in a 2021, Eli took great care of me and did even better, I rolled out in a 2025! My experience at Ciocca was nothing but amazing! I look forward to making many more purchases in the future! Excellent service!

Car was for the third time for the same issue. I had to Cioccia corp. to get help with repair. The sales manager was not helpful. I had to call VW customer service to file a complaint. When you call to check on car status it always goes to voicemail. When we purchased the car, loaners where advaiable now loaners are not. Monica was the person trying to resolve the issue

We arrived for our appt our customer service rep..Alley who is so pleasant had our paperwork all ready and kept us updated on the cars progress…waiting area always neat and clean and water/coffee etc available!
